We provide medical house call visits to residential facilities, including assisted and independent living facilities, on scheduled days when we can treat multiple patients in familiar surroundings.
We also can perform medical director services with contracted facilities. This reduces the need for on-staff medical teams, while ensuring that residents have access to a full spectrum of medical care.
Group Care Plus provides facility managers and residents access to high quality medical care from an established and completely supported practice. Group Care Plus facilities enjoy a high level of services and direct access to clinicians to help them respond to resident needs quickly. These services are provided at no cost to facilities as patients and insurances are billed directly.
